Shipping Policy

COFFEE ORDERS

Coffee orders are fulfilled Mon. - Fri. (excluding holidays). Orders placed after noon on Friday PST will be fulfilled the following week. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Subscription orders always ship free.

Merchandise orders are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful.com. Please allow 4-12 days for order processing and shipping.

Didn’t receive your coffee order shipment?

An order can be returned to the sender for a few reasons, but most often, it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being refused/returned by the end customer.

If we receive an undeliverable shipment, we will endeavor to contact you for an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been refused/returned by the customer or had an incorrect address originally provided.

MERCHANDISE ORDERS

All Bold City merchandise is shipped separately from coffee orders from Printful. Usually, it takes 3 - 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time is typically 3 - 4 business days.

These products are made especially for you on demand, so it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

My merch order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us at info@boldcitycoffee.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my merchandise order?

I received a wrong/damaged merch product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@boldcitycoffee.com or via our contact form within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
