RETURN POLICY

Coffee Returns

Given that coffee is a perishable good, we do not accept returns. Your experience is a priority, so please contact us if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase. Please email us at info@boldcitycoffee.com within 30 days of your purchase.

Coffee Refunds

To complete a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to issue refunds on a discretionary basis.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Length of time to process refunds will vary by payment method.

Late or Missing Coffee Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@boldcitycoffee.com.

Coffee Exchanges

Given that coffee is a perishable good, we cannot accept returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@boldcitycoffee.com.

Merchandise Returns

What’s your merch return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us at info@boldcitycoffee.com.

Do you offer merchandise refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@boldcitycoffee.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@boldcitycoffee.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Returns for damaged items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to the Printful.com facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
